Specific Knowledge in Food Science and Nutrition

The exam consists of 2 parts. Part A (80% score) contains 40 multiple choice questions covering food chemistry, food processing, food quality, food microbiology/ food safety, and nutrition topics. Part B (20% score) has 5 short-answer questions, one on each topic mentioned earlier. All answers must be given in English.

Total exam time is 2 hours. Answers must be submitted no later than 12:00 hrs (GMT+7) of Saturday May 16, 2020.
