มุ่งผลิตมหาบัณฑิตที่มีความชำนาญด้านพิษวิทยาและโภชนาการเพื่ออาหารปลอดภัยโดยบูรณาการความรู้ในสหวิชาการทางด้านวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ วิทยาศาสตร์ชีวภาพ วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหารและโภชนาการ ค้นคว้า วิจัยเกี่ยวกับพิษภัยทางอาหารได้ด้วยตนเอง สามารถประเมินความเสี่ยง ความปลอดภัยอาหาร และถ่ายทอดความรู้ตามจรรยาบรรณของหลักวิชา นำองค์ความรู้ทางด้านพิษวิทยามาประยุกต์ในการจัดการคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยอาหารเพื่อประโยชน์ต่อสุขภาพผู้บริโภค

Philosophy

This program aims to produce master graduates who have expertise in toxicology and nutrition for food safety. The graduates are able to integrate multidisciplinary principles of health sciences, biological sciences, food sciences and nutrition in order to perform research about food safety by themselves. They are able to assess risk and safety of food or food products, ethically transfer the knowledge to people and apply the toxicological principles in management of food quality and safety to benefit consumer’s health.
